glasses

lucy is sporting some new glasses these days.  she went to the eye doctor over a month ago and was told she indeed needed glasses (not surprising with todd's vision...the kids had a 50/50 chance).  for some reason it took a long time, but we finally picked them up a couple weeks ago (i just forgot to post until now).  she picked out beautiful bright blue frames (her favorite color) and looks just adorable (i might be a bit biased).  the first day she commented that the ground looked so much closer, it made her feel smaller.  there was some getting used to them, but now she wears them without complaint.

great wolf lodge

we spent the past weekend at great wolf lodge.   i know, i know, its super disneyland-esque madness.... but it was also really fun (even todd had a great time).  the kids were prunes after the hours and hours and hours spent in the water.  here is a small sampling of our adventure.
